History is Rising or Burying???
It was shocking to read the article published in Gulfnews on the X mas day depicting the extent of callousness act of a developer in Jebel Ali. A staff from Emirates Center for History and Culture realised on his recent visit to an area where he lived a year and half ago, that the historical Cavern is destroyed by the developer building new residential area.
According to him ,this cave has got the foot print marks of the great Imam Ali and thus this area got the name Jebel Ali.I could understand the frustration of this person when he realised that Cavern is no more there,as if it appeared to be like a father lost on of his beloved sons.
We all should understand that theHistory can never be rebuilt, only can be preserved for the future generation.
This is just another case brought in to the public through the media about the impact of nonsustainable developments which are happening across the country.
